Introduction and history in breaf
Giggling kennel is a small, cosy home kennel situated in the countryside of middle Finland, in the city of Virrat. I got the prefix "Giggling" in year 2006 – my first Cavalier, Blenheim bitch Blenmarin Pretty Baby, I got in year 2002. Before that I’ve had and been keen on English Springers since my early childhood.
All our dogs are very much loved family members that live in our house together with us enjoying plenty of attention and care every day. At the moment, we have three Cavalier bitches and an English springer bitch at home – one Cavalier bitch and one male are living with carefully chosen co-owners. We want to keep the amount of dogs at home minimal so that we could give them enough attention and would have time to do different activities, such as agility and obedience training, with each of them. My passion have been and are dog shows in which we take part regularly. All our dogs are enjoying long walks daily. They love running in forest and fields and swimming at summertime.
My aim is to breed healthy Cavaliers of good type with open, friendly and fearless Cavalier temperament. All dogs I use for breeding have clear certificates of heart, eyes and patellae. Hearts are checked annually and eyes once in every three years.

5-year-old Blenheim with healthy heart, eyes and patellae. From shows Luna has CC, res-CC and res-CACIB and several Excellents, class-wins and BB-placements. Luna has also gained one CC from Agility. Luna is a mother of one Blenmarin litter and one Giggling litter. Luna is a total lady - she is definitely the Queen of the house; at least she thinks she is. Luna is very out-going person who loves to be noticed and to be given plenty of attention and love.

A lovely and very energetic tricolour bitch Blenmarin Early Fiona “Fina” moved to live with us in year 2006. Fina is a one-year-old girl that has received altogether four times Excellent from Junior classes and she has been placed in class competition twice. From intermediate class she has gained four times Excellent and she has been placed second in class competition altogether three times. From puppy class she has HP and BOS. Fina has clear heart, patellae and her eyes are clear from PRA, HD and RD. Fina is training agility and will hopefully take part in competitions in future. Fina’s sire is a handsome Australian male, Australian Grand Champion, multi Ch Elvenhome Finlandia that visited Finland 2004-2006. “Laurie” has been tested for SM and he is clear.

Galderden Night Fairy
A cute and very out-going little black & tan girl "Mette" moved to us in March 2008. Mette is bred by Dina and Gea Lepik, Estonia. Mette is co-owned with kennel Blenmarin until Mette hopefully gives birth to one Blenmarin-litter. After that she will be owned by kennel Giggling alone. Mette's backround is very interesting and I hope that Mette will give a nice start for me breeding also whole coloured Cavaliers. Mette has taken part in couple of puppy classes and has been given HP twice.

Sweet little Roosa (aka Giggling Wild and Spicy) is from first Giggling-litter. She is living with a co-owner and she will hopefully have a litter under my prefix in the future. Roosa has a clear heart, eyes and patellae. Roosa has got one HP from baby class, from junior class she has got Very Good and class placement and from open class she has got excellent and class placement 2. Roosa’s sire is a handsome Australian male, Australian Grand Champion, multi Ch Elvenhome Finlandia that visited Finland 2004-2006. “Laurie” has been tested for SM and he is clear.

Blenheim male Figo moved to Finland in summer 2007 from kennel Working Beauty's, Sweden . Figo lives with family Pihkanen that has taken very good care of our young rascal. Figo is co-owned with kennel Blenmarin. Figo will entry shows during year 2008. Figo has clear heart and patellae and his eyes are healthy - he has got mRD fold in his left eye. Clara is the oldest member of our dog family and my first very own dog. Clara has been and still is a very good hunting dog that enjoys hunting esp. ducks every autumn. Other activities with Clara has been shows, agility and obedience training. Clara is a mother of kennel Foogel's G-litter. Clara is a peaceful and very loyal dog that adores her family members.
